About iPhysiotherapy
iPhysiotherapy was founded to provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy that is accessible, compassionate and tailored to the needs of the local community. We believe that movement matters at every stage of life and that effective rehabilitation should empower individuals to regain confidence, independence and long-term physical wellbeing.
The clinic is led by a Physiotherapist with a Doctoral Degree in Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree in Cardiovascular Rehabilitation from the University of Hull, with over three years of consolidated clinical experience across musculoskeletal and rehabilitation settings. This strong academic foundation, combined with hands-on clinical expertise, allows for safe, structured and personalised care.
iPhysiotherapy specialises in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injury management, exercise-based therapy, manual therapy and electrotherapy, including TENS, EMS and therapeutic ultrasound. A key element of our approach is the integration of cardiovascular rehabilitation principles, supporting holistic recovery and long-term functional improvement.
Our practice is underpinned by ongoing professional development, including training in neurology, Mulligan mobilisation techniques, cerebral palsy assessment and management, trauma care, ACLS/BLS and first aid. Each patient receives a comprehensive assessment and an individualised treatment plan focused on meaningful, measurable outcomes.
Our vision is to grow alongside the community, expanding services over time while maintaining high clinical standards, patient-centred care and affordable pricing, helping people move better, feel stronger and live healthier lives.

I have over three years of post-graduate experience, working across clinical, community, and field-based settings, including terriary care hospitals , home visits, and community rehabilitation services.
My experience spans managing patients with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, supporting them from early rehabilitation through to a safe and confident return to independent living. I strongly believe in a patient-centred approach, where care is tailored to each individual’s goals, lifestyle, and needs.
I am passionate about empowering patients through education, movement, and structured rehabilitation, helping them regain confidence, function, and quality of life. My work is driven by empathy, clinical reasoning, and a genuine commitment to supporting patients to return to their community feeling independent, satisfied, and happy.
